Cecille Tynes, VP of Operations

Cecille's conventional, affordable, rent control, mixed-use, military, and on-campus housing experience includes more than $7 billion in gross assets under management, with nationwide portfolios as large as 20,000 apartments, 36,000 single-family homes/townhomes, 100,000 beds, and over 200,000 sq. ft. of retail space. She is a proven Vice President that has successfully led Customer Experience, Operations, Marketing, Sales, and Learning & Development teams toward company goals. She has developed and executed strategies resulting in favorable NOI growth year-over-year, creating operational efficiencies while boosting customer satisfaction scores, net promoter scores, resident retention, and employee retention rates. Customer Experience has always been her passion. Real Estate has been her life-long career. Family is her steadfast purpose. Cecille is a unicorn who truly understands the multifaceted aspects of real estate having intentionally made the pivot from sales, learning & development, and marketing to operations during the first two and half decades of her career. Having an in-depth understanding of these disciplines contributes to her success as a Customer Experience leader. Her next career goal is to become the youngest Chief Customer Experience officer in the real estate industry, knowing that in order to get to this role she may have to take alternative routes within an organization. Robert McDaniel, Director of Operations

Robert is a leading-edge operations professional with key experience driving successful business strategies and initiatives. He possesses a wide range of knowledge and experience that will allow him to contribute to the continued success of any organization. Robert's expertise lies in successfully developing and implementing strategic business plans, significantly expanding business opportunities, and managing all bottom-line factors to maximize efficiency and while realizing substantial revenue growth. Through his experience, he has become adept in overseeing a full range of operational responsibilities – including P&L administration, budgeting and forecasting, quality control, and personnel management. His success in managing and mentoring medium to large teams positions him to significantly contribute to the bottom line. Robert has managed real estate from coast to coast and has knowledge in new construction, lease-up, and stabilized operations. Robert brings more than 25 years of operational management and long-term planning experience with an extensive background in building teams through all phases of recruiting, hiring, mentoring, monitoring progress, and termination of subordinates, as necessary, taking an active role in providing leadership and guidance to management staff. Robert ensures stability and support to build and maintain relationships with at risk clients, support brand advocates, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. Robert is a confident, detailed oriented, and task-driven, and offers a professional servant leadership style at local, regional, and national levels. He can execute any company’s cascaded business objectives utilizing a combination of exceptional leadership, personal accountability, and the empowerment of others.
